Nipsey Hussle’s untimely death has casted a cloud across the hip-hop community that will not clear anytime soon. This tragedy has shook the culture to its core, searching for any shape of comfort during these trying times.

Most are resorting to his music for their catharsis. As a result, Nipsey’s Victory Lap moved over 66,000 units, moving into the no. 2 spot in the Billboard 200.

Originally released in February 2018, Victory Lap debuted at no. 4 on the Billboard 200 and moved about 53,000 album units.

Although Nipsey has transitioned, his words, message, soul, and music will live on in perpetuity.
