Lil Wayne was released from the hospital yesterday and today he took to Twitter to give us an update on his condition:

Weezy was admitted in intensive care last Tuesday because of seizures. Birdman denied reports of codeine abuse and said the seizures were due to Lil Wayne’s busy schedule and work ethic.
