Dipset is back in full-form.

It’s been 14-years since the famed New York crew, Dipset, released their last album, Diplomatic Immunity 2. Yesterday, November 22nd, the legendary group gave thanks to their fans for their lengthy patronage in the best way that they know: by releasing their long-anticipated follow-up album, Diplomatic Ties.

In effort to balance honoring their late ‘90s – early ‘00s roots while recognizing hip-hop’s evolving landscape, Diplomatic Ties is a sonic medley of yesterday’s sound bridged with tomorrow’s horizon; acts like The Lox are featured in addition to rapper – singer hybrid Tory Lanez.

At nine-tracks long, Diplomatic Ties is succinct enough to not overstay its welcome, but short enough to leave the door cracked open just enough to tempt desire for future Dipset albums.
