Busta Rhymes is Back on “Girlfriend”
We’ve missed you, Busta.
After taking some time off, Busta Rhymes is back on the hyphy track, “Girlfriend”, featuring Tory Lanez and Vybz Kartel.
Strong Island vibes structure the rhythmic track, complete with a heavily Jamaican sounding flow from Busta. It’s an interest outfit for Busta, as we’re typically used to hearing him spit over more intense production. However, in typical Busta fashion, he employs an impossibly rapid flow. Vybz and Tory mirror the island theme while adding a personal touch to properly texturize the track.
