Atmosphere Releases “Whenever” Video Featuring Gifted Gab, Murs, & Haphduzn

Rhymesayers Entertainment is one the last independent record labels intent on proliferating hip-hop with integrity. The Minnesota-based operation places a premium on high-class storytelling, often finding the industry’s most enigmatic artists to bear their name. Recently, the released Atmosphere’s “Whenever” music video, which features Gifted Gab, Murs, and Haphduzn.
A topical offering, the Tomas Aksmit-directed visual takes place in a post-apocalyptic world with the featured artists dressed in hazmat suits. Given that we are far from out of the woods with COVID-19, “Whenever” has an ominous tone that instills as much discomfort as it does artistic appreciation.
