Produced by DJ Shay, “Bubba Chuck” imparts nostalgic vibes through the gritty, slow-tempo instrumental, WESTSIDE’s rhyme-heady contributions, and the cover art of Allen Iverson suiting up for the Georgetown Hoyas circa 1995. Channeling the Iverson mentality, WESTSIDE goes on a two-and-a-half-minute lyrical bender, replete with a bevy of basketball references: LeBron James; how the banana clip hanging out of his mac 10 puts up numbers like a scoreboard; and of course, homage to Iverson himself.
