Griselda has been on the move lately. While their group chemistry and legacy is well-established, they’ve each proved how they’re formidable solo acts. Whether it’s delivering their own projects or singles, or hopping on a feature for an outside artist, Benny, Conway, and Westside are here to stay.
Next up for a solo project is Westside Gunn, who announced today that FLY GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD II will drop next Friday, July 3rd.
Already, Westside has made it on a lot of outlets’ “Best of Year” lists with his acclaimed Pray For Paris. It’ll be interesting to see how he follows that standout effort. Knowing Westside, though, he’ll answer the call.
