Pharoahe Monch’s ‘Internal Affairs’ Album Finally Getting Full-Release

Complex lyricist Pharoahe Monch has earned an impressive hip-hop reputation through an uncanny ability to massage words and ideas into pensive songs. A career spanning 30+ years, Pharoahe has unleashed some timeless bodies of work, but his debut album, Internal Affairs, has eluded the masses after being deshelved. However, with a recent annoucement, Monch revealed that this rookie album will be hitting streaming platforms soon.
Announced through his Instagram, Pharoahe wrote, “October 19th will mark the 20th anniversary of Internal Affairs. It will be available for the first time EVER! digitally for the first time EVER! Oct 18th…. Pre order available 10/04.”
A huge moment for hip-hop indeed, Internal Affairs is finally getting the full-release that it’s always deserved.
