Mass Appeal Releases Upcoming Big L Documentary Trailer

Foul Child: The Legend Of Big L will arrive on May 29th.

‘90s New York hip-hop birthed some of the genre’s most iconic MCs: Biggie, Nas, Hov, DMX — the list goes on. One of those legends is perhaps an overlooked masterful storyteller, Big L. Taken far before his time, Big L is remembered for his vivid lyrics, gritty essence, and classic songs, like “Put It On.”

With such a dense impact, Big L has a dense story to tell. Now, Mass Appeal is prepared to do just that with their upcoming documentary, Foul Child: The Legend Of Big L. Recently, the New York-based media company released the film’s official trailer.

The documentary is a partnership with Sony Music’s Certified Classics in honor of the 25th anniversary of Big L’s debut album, Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous. It’s slated for a May 29th release through Mass Appeal’s YouTube channel.
