Martin Shkreli Forced to Forfeit Hip-Hop Commodities
Justice is sweet.
Last year, hip-hop’s villain, Martin Shkreli, bought the lone copy of Wu-Tang’s fabled album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, for seven-figures as well as the heavily anticipated Tha Carter V. Thanks to securities fraud charges, Shkreli will have to forfeit these coveted items, in addition to a Pablo Picasso painting, to help pay off his owed $7.36-million.
It’s unclear where these hip-hop commodities will end up, but it’s safe to say that if they’re anywhere out of Shkreli’s reach, then they’re in a good place. Yes, justice is sweet.
