Lute Reflects On “Life”
The Dreamville artist delivers a pensive offering.
Sure, Dreamville is known for their marquee artists — i.e. J. Cole, JID, Bas, etc. — but the southern-based label truly soars thanks to their deep roster. With other players like Ari Lennox, EARTHGANG, Cozz, and Omen on the team, J. Cole’s Universal Music Group imprint is a force — from top-to-bottom. One of those artists who doesn’t get the shine he deserves is North Carolina’s Lute — a talented lyricist with a captivating style. Recently, he came through with teh video for his single, “Life.”
