Lupe Fiasco Reveals His Top Three Rappers

In a recent impromptu twitter Q&A hosted by Lupe Fiasco, the veteran Chicago emcee took time out to answer some of his fans’ most pressing questions. In no surprise at all, Lupe was blunt and direct with his opinions, but respectful nevertheless. One fan posed a particular question that struck a chord with his followers: Who are your top three MCs?

Always respecting lyricism first and foremost, Lupe’s answer isn’t shocking. The “Food and Liquor” artist put his top three as: Jay Z, Nas, and Eminem. Seeing how each of these Mount Rushmore caliber artists are revered for their word-bending abilities, this hip-hop podium shouldn’t come as a shock.
