JID Releases Cole Bennett-Directed “Off Deez” Music Video

Off of his acclaimed DiCaprio 2 album.

Chicago-based director and editor, Cole Bennett, has watched his media company, Lyrical Lemonade, skyrocket over the past several years. Known for linking with “SoundCloud Rappers”, like Lil Pump and Ski Mask The Slump God, Bennett has emerged as a gatekeeper in his own right; you haven’t officially made it until you’ve received the official Lyrical Lemonade music video, replete with trend-setting graphics and effects.

But even though Cole is more known for working with hip-hop’s DIY community, that doesn’t mean that his artistry is limited or excluded from traditional mainstream artists. In January of this past year, Cole directed the “Learn How To Watch” video from MadeinTYO featuring Mac Miller and DJ Carnage. Now, Cole is back working with A-List artists by directing the video for “Off Deez” from JID’s well-received DiCaprio 2 project featuring J. Cole.
