Multi-platinum rapper, former part owner of the Brooklyn Nets, Roc Nation founder, and now, Jay Z can proudly add president of Puma’s basketball operations to his decorated resume.
A relaunched venture, Puma basketball, under Hov’s direction, will see exciting talent join the team, as they’ve recently signed-up top draft choices, DeAndre Ayton of Arizona, Marvin Bagley III of Duke, and Zhaire Smith of Texas Tech. Jay Z will provide input for creative design, art concepts, and brand direction.
It’s an exciting time for Puma with one of music’s most treasured icons at the helm.
