J. Cole Emerges With “Snow On Tha Bluff”
A surprise offering from the cerebral MC.
These past few weeks — let’s be real, these past several hundred centuries — have acutely shined the racial injustice spotlight on America. Racism keeps adding to its abyss of bodies, continuing an atrocious tradition of bigotry for the red, white, and blue. But with the murder of George Floyd, progressively-minded people have been galvanized, standing definitely in the face of hatred — through protests, donations, conversation, art. Last night, J. Cole joined the likes of Meek Mill, YG, and so many other artists, by releasing a song, “Snow On Tha Bluff,” to capture his vulnerable thoughts and emotions about the current state of affairs.
