Freddie Gibbs Announces The Album Of The Year Tour
Bandana is hitting the road.
Freddie Gibbs and Madlib made something special with Bandana. The duo’s — known as MadGibbs — sophomore album following the 2014 Piñata, the new MadGibbs endeavor is an apt manifestation of what happens when two people are at the top of their respective games — and they merge those talents.
Since its release, we’ve gotten music videos, live renditions, a whole lot of replayable music, and now, we have a tour on our hands: Freddie Gibbs recently announced that he’ll be hitting the road for the The Album Of The Year Tour. Humility is for the weak, right?
Announced through Freddie’s IG, the tour will kick off in Minneapolis, MN on November 11th, the tour will hit 16 cities, culminating on December 3rd in Denver. The tour will also hit New York, L.A., Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Houston, among more.
Joining Freddie on The Album Of The Year Tour will be Cousin Stizz, Benny The Butcher, and Conway The Machine — all in select cities. Tickets will be on sale this Friday, September 27th.
