DMX Required To Appear In Court In Stolen Car Case

Hopefully everything works out for X.

DMX just can’t catch a break. After finally being released from prison, and going on to promise new music, DMX, born Earl Simmons, is facing probation violations.

Last Saturday (March 23rd), DMX and friends were leaving an event, and the valet delivered them the incorrect car — which he mistakenly, understandably, drove away in.

Luckily, though, the owner hasn’t pressed charges, forgiving the accident. However, the Feds are now investigation Simmons, and requiring him to come before court to further explain the situation.

Prayers up for X being completely cleared of all of this and he can, hopefully, get back to making music.
