Hailing from North Carolina, Deniro Farrar grew up inspired by the likes of Tupac, Three 6 Mafia, and Lauryn Hill. He studied their habits, learned their ways, and imbued his own music with their didactic words. Deniro is a composite of those who came before him, while simultaneously making music for the modern world. On his latest single and video, “Difference (Intro),” the Sole Food artist keeps pushing the creative envelope while paying homage to his idols.
