Big Pun’s Wife Sues Walmart

Might be time to pay up.

Even though he’s been gone for 18-years, Big Pun is still a relevant force. His music will continue to grace playlists, his son is carrying on the rap name, and now his name is being involved in potential Walmart lawsuit.

Pun’s wife, Liza Rios, is suing the chain for trademark infringement due to illegally using Big Pun’s image on t-shirts, phone cases, amongst other items. Rios is seeking all profits plus $10MM in statutory damages.
