Action Bronson Announces Label Departure

Along with some other exciting news.

Action Bronson is a difficult man to contain–both physically and musically. The Blue Chips rapper has been signed to Atlantic Record’s imprint, Vice Records, since 2013, but according to a Bronson tweet, it looks like he’s going independent; he is commemorating the occasion with a new promised mixtape, White Bronco.

With longstanding frustrations with the label politics, it seems like Bronson has finally got what he’s wanted: liberty to make and release music as he sees fit. Additionally, Action released a new single with close friend and producer, Alchemist, “The Hopeless Romantic”.
