Ja Rule Expected To Be Released July 28

 

Earlier this week, Ja Rule was released from a state prison in central New York after serving most of his two-year sentence for illegal gun possession and went straight into federal custody (Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center) in a tax evasion case.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons said that his expected release date is July 28.

Ja Rule Released From Prison But Not Free Yet

 Ja Rule was released from an upstate New York prison this morning after serving most of his two-year sentence for illegal gun possession.

However, Ja headed straight into federal custody in a tax case. His attorney said that he could be out in less than six months  may be eligible for a halfway house
