Diamond D Drops Off New Project, ‘The Diam Piece 2’

The Bronx’s Diamond D has earned his legendary status thanks to an impressive, deep production catalogue, spanning over 30-years’ work. Collaborating with top-tier talent — from Busta Rhymes to Phife Dawg, from Pete Rock to Big L — Diamond D’s resume is as decorated as they come. Furthering that storied legacy, D returned to the stage recently, May 10th, to deliver his first album in nearly five-years, The Diam Piece 2.

A 16-track album, The Diam Piece 2 is engorged with an eclectic range of talent, emphasizing D’s ability to attract some of the game’s most respected artists. Linking with the likes of Snoop Dogg, Styles P, Talib Kwelli, Twista, and plenty more, The Diam Piece 2 is a nostalgic sonic adventure that concurrently offers renovated accents.
