Surfwav.Eatn Gets Trippy in His “CHALK” Video
A cut from the 2017 A3C Album.
Every year iHipHop Distribution partners with A3C, the Atlanta-based festival, to produce a compilation album featuring the industry’s the best kept secrets, it’s burgeoning stars. Having worked with the likes of Vince Staples and A$AP Rocky, this annual release has a penchant for being one of the most apt talent discovery barometers.
In addition to proliferating rising artists’ names through album inclusion, the A3C album also assists by investing in various artistic marketing vehicles–namely music videos.
Most recently, A3C Vol. 7 artist Surfwav.eatn released the video for his 2017 album track, “CHALK”. Directed by Omni Watts and filmed by Benji Cash, the “CHALK” music video is a vivid psychedelic journey into the mind of the LA-based artist.
