Today, June 20th, marks the one-year anniversary of Prodigy’s untimely passing, the famed Mobb Deep member. Despite being gone for one-year, the beautiful thing about deceased musicians is that they live on through their work–both old and new. As part of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s #HamilDrops series, where the Hamilton creator is releasing tracks monthly, Mobb Deep has contributed their own flavor to the compilation with “Boom Goes The Cannon”.
