"Sound event" is the second LP of Rob Swift , member of the internationnally known X-ecutionners. D-styles, Bob james, dj Klever (member of the Allies crew along with A-trak, Craze…), Melo-D (beat junkies), Dujeous, J live, Supernatural are featured on this album. The ITF 2003 world final took place in Munich the last 16th of november. Troubl and kodh are both french and world champions, the first one in the beat juggling category, the other in the advancement category, with a surprising routine where Kodh is singing, using his headphone as a microphone. In the scratching category, I-emerge is the winner against dj Nétick (2001-2002 DMC battle for world supremacy champion), and he is also second behind Kodh in the advancement category. Q-bert (Thud rumble) and Dan the Automator (Dr Octagon, Handsome boy Modelling School, Deltron 3030, Gorillaz) released the third version of the track "Bear Witness". The result is really disappointing, it seems that nothing will make us forget the incredible first version on Dr Octagon's LP. In 2003, be on the lookout for a collaboration between Q bert and the keyboard player Money Mark (Beastie boys..), and an all scratched track called 'Turbo Paw Platoon" (for a video game rolling"), quite similar to what you can hear on his Wave twister LP.
