Mon - Chest/legs

Wed - Back/Biceps

Fri - Shoulders/triceps

I just jog everyday, been losing 4-6 pounds weekly my diet is 1000 calories only and NO I ain't starving really seeing I eat veggies and fruits, when feeling like to eat something like a snack, and I Drink lot's of water.. I might start working on my arms, chest, and abs like around late summer though

yo son listen to me ....

you need to JOG first. Before you do push ups u need to jog enough to the point u get that lil sore feeling. Then the dead wieght (body fat) will come right off you when u push up. Trust me push ups ALONE wont work my nigga. Get ya cardio up. Just try what im tellin u and see how much quiker it will work. Fuck a p90x machine, ab roller and all that other QPTV bullshit product. Also fuck herbal suplements they dont work, they just make ur body dependant on other bullshit chemicals.
