What I do is i take some onion
cut it up a lil
and put it in a small small bowl, very small
then I put some red chilli flakes at the bottom, then the onions
then I pour some vinegar so all the onions are drowned
then i put a lil more chilli flakes for the top
after a few hours i have it as a side dish with food
u gotta let it soak a lil
I often eat it just like that too
