HHP I notice you dont do a lot of tricep lifts?
What do ya'll do typically for a workout plan?
Since I got out of college (aka, no use of the rec now) I've got jack shit on equipment.
I got 20 pound dumbells and I do 500 reps one day - 1,000 reps the next - rest and try to do about 250 pushups, planning on upping that continually
i heard pushups are different in that you can do them everyday, you don't need a day off or anything for it....is that true? i forget the reasoning why

You ever thought about trying that P90x workout? I got a few vids from the workouts that they do and the ones that I have are crazy.

Warm Up (50 jumping jacks, 25 squats with med.ball, 10 min run, 8-16 warrior planks)
Work Out (25 med. ball slams, 3 sets of lunges with curl bars, the box jumps, the wipers, squats with shoulder raises)
So pretty similar just a few tweaks which works for me since I don't have some of that equip. in yours

thers like 100+ different "300 Workout" n like blunt said its just to get a ripped body and no muscle but then again why care ? lol
I want to try the REAL 300 workout but don't gotta couple g's to spittin out to that trainer (trainer from the movie 300)..they don't do the same exercise ever, diff exercise that work the muslce in diff ways

do 25 pound dunbells like 15-20 sets
bench (180-220) like 8 sets
push ups like 5 sets of 25
sit ups (ocasionally)

Back & Chest Tuesday
Superset 1(4sets):
Wide Grip Pull Ups (10 reps)
30Kilo Dumbbell bent over rows (to failure)
Superset 2(4sets):
Wide grip lat pull down 50KG (12 Reps)
Seated Cable Row 60KG (to failure)
Superset 3(3Sets):
Any two different back machines to failure.
Then dumbbell bench presses and flys for the chest incl incline.
Superset everything.
Pushups wit hands on a swiss ball supersetted with tricep dips.
Fly machine, everyfing.
Shoulders and traps Wednesday
Superset everything 4sets-
Dumbell shoulder presses 12kg
Lateral Raises same weight
Upright rows about 55lbs
Shrugs 30kg to failure
Everyfing Else Friday
Legs, maybe arms, very rarely do abs.
25 minutes cardio after weights, interval training.
