Chop & Screw Basics?

Whats up everybody....Can Anybody explain the basics of choppin' & Screwin' a record and what is the step-by-step process when i'm on the turntables?

2 of the same records on each deck playing exactly at the same time with the pitch all the way down to -6. then pull one of the records back for around 1 sec and move the fader left or right going by the beat. its very easy and u will get it down if you keep playing around with it at any pitch.
