Emcee Help Thread....
It'd be appreciated if this could get stickied 'tick....
The purpose of this thread is to help each other out as far as growing as an emcee, and the intentions of this thread are to do such things as...
- Help writers out if they get in writer's block, open them up to new idea's without leading them all the way
- Discuss topics and ideas that could help each other expand are writing skills
- Talk about how we write, is there a certain place or time you write best, what do you enjoy writing about most, etc. etc. so we can see and get different ideas on maybe some stuff that might help us
- Have emcee's ask for help as far as their weaknesses, where they can post some of their pieces and we can discuss some weaknesses we see in you (but, you must also respond to other peoples help, don't just come in here and expect help without giving feedback on others)
Some of us are battlers who like to write pieces, and we need some pointers on how to change it up.....others are just people looking for some advice on what to write, how to fix they're rhyme scheme, how to properly use multi's, etc. etc. Hopefully this will be a thread where we can address these issues and help each other out and continue to raise the level of the emcee's on this site.

I will say that it's easier to write topical verses....but it's more fun writing a battle rap.
But, for those of us who love to express our creative side, there's nothing like getting a good topic and running with it.
