The only part of the country without some sort of southern accent is the east coast.The music has caught up to the market. I was born and raised down South and I really don't give a fuck where the music comes from, as long as it's hot. But NY niggas need to stop hatin' on everything that ain't NY. Y'all niggas are always gonna get your props for starting this rap shit as you should. However, just because y'all niggas ain't really selling no more doesn't mean you should hate on niggas down south. I'll be honest with you...I don't really like a lot of the music that comes outta the South. But there are lyricists down here and there are niggas who can spit toe to toe with any NY nigga. I really can't hate on the south at all, anybody can see they really doin' their thing right now. I mean, the way I look at it, it's real recognize real, not real recognize location, if you're spittin' crack, I'm gonna cop your shit whether you from georgia, new york, cali, wherever. I feel that everything has it's place, I bump that southern shit when I'm out, the south makes some great party tracks, but when I'm chillin, it's mostly new york and chicago niggas I'm listenin' to. If anyone isn't getting enough respect in the game right now, I think it's those cats in the midwest.

At first I didn't think this was such a good idea, cause I was lookin at it from the aspect that it was bein set up as a South vs. East battle, on some hate based shit.

But the more I think about it... Every region needs to be in on it... Cause each region, if you take like 4-5 people... is about evenly represented if you ask me. Each zone's got some superstars, and the a few just plain stars
