Young and hungry, Mercy is here to prove himself.

Mississippi native Mercy has officially stepped onto the scene: He’s announced his signing to Babygrande Records with the release of his new video for “See What I See”.

A musical stalwart with a fierce resolve, Mercy is no stranger to adversity as he was left to raise his three siblings when his mother was sent to prison one-month after his high school graduation; Mercy’s father abandoned him during his ripe toddlerhood. Transcending these obstacles forced the teenaged artist to grow-up quickly, fast-tracking his adolescence while compromising his psyche.

On “See What I See,” Mercy invites the listener to view the world through his tortured lens. It’s a cathartic expression that dualistically depressurizes his mind while introducing fans to his harrowing youth. As someone who leverages hardships for opportunities, Mercy is living proof that, no matter what, we can go as far as our minds can imagine — Mercy’s mind has no limits, only possibilities.
