Ludacris Has Been Buying People’s Groceries For Years

Premiere Of Columbia Picture's "The Equalizer 2"

The Whole Foods occurrence is just one example.

Ludacris is well-known for his illustrious rap career–spanning nine studio albums–and film presence, including roles in the Fast and The Furious franchise, as well as Academy Award Winner, Crash. What most people might not know is that he is an active philanthropist, donating to multiple causes, and also by lending a helping hand in person.

News recently broke about Ludacris footing the $375 bill for groceries for a woman shopping at Whole Foods. While this was an altruistic act, it was not a one time occurrence. Apparently, Luda has been anonymously buying groceries for people across a variety of food chains, including: Whole Foods, Meijer, Publix, and Costco, among others.

In a dark world riddled with depressing headlines, it’s nice to know that there are people performing selfless activities. Luda, you’re a real one.
