Black Thought, Snoop Dogg, & Slug Rent Out Theaters For ‘Sorry to Bother You’

Boots Riley’s newly-released, critically-acclaimed movie Sorry to Bother You has attracted attention for its interesting social commentary, provided through eccentric means; its lead actor, Lakeith Stanfield, is known for his role as Darius in Donald Glover’s Atlanta. Not only is this movie attracting attention from critics, it’s resonating deeply with fans–pedestrian and celebrity alike.

Recently, Black Thought, Snoop Dogg, and Slug rented out theatres in their respective areas, giving away tickets for free to fans. Understanding the social importance of the film, the three rappers wanted to ensure the movie’s proliferation.
